Will this interfere with my medications?

Your physician or vet is the best person to answer to your specific needs.

We always advise to check first, just as all supplements suggest .

That said, we will add this to ponder : Have you read the warnings and side effects on your medication -whether prescribed or over the counter?

How Long will 1 Bottle of RELAX Last ?

Not a cut and dry answer.....

A canine's system requires much less to be effective than their Person. So even given weight and medicinal issue (occasional or daily chronic illness usage)- we can say a bottle will last at minimum 1-3 months (again- it varies on weight and issue being addressed)

With a person, the weight can be a vast range- as well as the usages. It's harder to predict but as an example a 150 lb. person using RELAX "daily" for tension, anxiety, ..... it will last about a 1 month.

This same person using only for an occasional headache or severe anxiety attack, muscle pull.....it can last a few months.

This same person suffering daily, chronic pain, can use on average 2 bottles a month.

Our view is if it relieves the pain- reduces the dependency on pharmaceutical drugs with all their side effects which can often lead to more pills... RELAX is less costly dollar-wise and eliminates such harmful side effects improving your overall health and well-being. 

Can My Dog and I Share a Bottle of RELAX ?

Sure! However- based on how close you are - not sure you want to share the dropper? LOL -We like having a bottle for People and a Bottle for our fur buddies. If you like -you can also request (in the note section at check out) for us to include either a spray nozzle or extra dropper - and just store and swap out as needed.

Why is it called RELAX ?

It was almost called Talon! Which gives an eagle balance, and is also my dog's name. Talon is now walking her last mile. The good news is -she is a super-super senior, and is still active.  Her issues are keeping weight on, and the sheer pain and aches of age are giving her trouble particularly in the evening.

This past year, while we were testing various oils and delivery methods, I added Talon to the test subjects. See, at night I would rub her head as she panted from the discomfort she was experiencing.  I would whisper as I petted her

"Its Ok just Relax - Relax thats it ....just Relax.." It could take an hour or two to get her comfortable.

However, the night I gave her - what would become Aunt Lyn's RELAX - within  15- 20 mins she was not panting- her nub was wagging- she was settled in- ready to sleep - not struggling to get comfortable. YES!

So, the working name was Talon ;-) then, like most of our test families do, I decided to try it myself - one particularly long, 12 hour,  stress -filled day, when I felt a tension headache coming on.

How Long Does it last?

That depends on the person and the what they are addressing. For example, if you start at the suggested minor issue dose, based on your weight, you should experience within 20-30 minutes, a calm, relaxed feeling, muscle tension melting away. On average, that feeling will last from 6-10 hours depending on the person.

Will it make me Sleepy ?

Not unless you want it to. Starting at the suggested average dose, for minor issues, based on your weight, it should simply relax you and yet give you focus and mental clarity. Now, if you have insomnia, increase the dose in increments - from your average

How come I see so many different prices out there for similar products?

Adult Suggested Serving Size:

Determined by weight and medicinal need.

-On average for minor issues: 150 lbs =1 full dropper

-Place the Oil under the tongue hold for 30 seconds,

then swallow.

Canine Suggested Serving Size:

Determined by weight and medicinal need.

-On average for minor issues: 1 drop per 8 lbs

16 lbs = 2 drops 24 lbs = 4 drops…

48 lbs = 6 drops, 100 lbs = ½ a dropper

-Place the oil Under Tongue or on a spoon most Canines will

Lick off. Try to serve without food so its absorbed in the oral membrane of the mouth.

1. Store in a cool place out of the direct sunlight. Heat and light can cause rapid oxidation and not only spoil the beneficial properties of the oil, but can cause skin irritations and allergic reactions if used.

Tip: If an essential oil ever gets into your mouth or eye - immediately flush with cold milk or vegetable oil to dilute. Do not use water. If stinging persists, seek medical attention.

Completely wet your dog’s fur / hair. Apply Aunt Lyn’s Holistic shampoo, in quarter size or palm size increments depending on your dog’s size, lathering down to the skin as you go.

Tip: Start with his or her; Head, Neck, Shoulders, Chest, Front Legs. Next the mid-section; Back, Under Carriage, lastly the hindquarter.
